using the lead supplied with your Spectrum.
c) Make sure the tape is fully rewound.
d) Type Load ""
e) Press Enter.
f) Start your tape player.
g) When the program has loaded it will run automatically and you will be
presented with an instruction sheet. Just follow the prompts to continue.

Playing Light Cycle:
--------------------
You can either play against the computer (we warn you it's very, very good)
or you can play against another competitor. The object of the game is to
race and trap your opponent. Keep blocking him until he crashes into either
the edge of the grid or a laser trail.

Your controls are:
PLAYER 1 1 : UP
Q : DOWN
Z : LEFT
X : RIGHT

PLAYER 2 0 : UP
O : DOWN
N : LEFT
M : RIGHT

Player one always starts from a random position on the left of the screen
and initially moves right.
Likewise player 2 starts from the right and moves left.

In a 1 player game the computer plays player 1.

You are given a choice of speeds ranging from 3 to 9. We suggest that you
play a few slow games to begin with.

At the top of the screen the two players scores are shown and the first one
to amass ten points is the winner.
