A puzzle game. Gameplay is quite similar to "Tetris" but with some added twists.

- TRIVIA -


Even if the titlescreen says '1989', the game was released in January 1990 in Japan.


Mark Speath holds the official record for this game with 104,370 points on June 2, 2002.


- UPDATES -


The US version is slightly different, it has the "Winners Don't Use Drugs" screen.


The Sega System 18 version (released in 1990) has :

* Special effects on the title screen.

* An extra button to rotate counter-clockwise.

* Bug fixes (Level 2's background).

- 24th November 2004: Thierry Lescot - Dumped the cpus from D.D.Crew (Europe, 4 Player), Ryukyu and Bloxeed (system18, japan).

- 0.84u5: Fabrice Arzeno added clone Bloxeed (US, C System).

- 18th March 2004: Charles MacDonald fixed Z80 clock (8.192 Mhz -> 8.00 MHz).

- 0.37b10: Changed Z80 CPU2 clock speed to 8192000 Hz. Replaced YM2151 sound with 2x YM3438 (8MHz) and RF5C68 sound. Added dipswitches 'Coin A/B', '2 Credits to Start', 'Demo Sounds', 'Lives', 'Difficulty' and 'Time Adjust'.

- 0.37b9: David Haywood and Aaron Giles added Bloxeed (Sega 1990) and clone Bloxeed (C System) (Sega / Elorg 1989).

- 17th September 2000: David Haywood fixed some bugs in the Sega C2 driver so that Bloxeed, Borench, Poto Poto, Stack Columns and Zunzunkyou no Yabou now work.

- 0.36b2: Andrew Prime added Bloxeed (Testdriver).
