SETUP:

- Press 'Insert' to speed up the slow IC test routine.


Bugs:

- Some sprite glitches from sprite number/colour changes happening on different frames. Source (ID 02613)

- Colours look wrong. Source (ID 02614)

- Background colour calculation is a guess. Source (ID 02615)


WIP:

- 0.141u4: Car Jamboree update [hap]: Use 4 bit clut instead of 3 bit. Calculate palette with RESNET info from Popper (same year, same company, very similar hardware). Make bgcolor emulation more logical. Small cleanups.

- 0.136u3: Tafoid added XTAL, corrected second Z80 speed and added DIP locations for Car Jamboree driver. Changed Z80 CPU2 and the 2x AY-3-8910A clock speeds to 1536000 Hz.

- 0.135u1: Fabio Priuli added driver data struct and save state support to Car Jamboree.

- 0.131u1: MooglyGuy merged memory maps in Car Jamboree.

- 0.122u8: Zsolt Vasvari removed colortables from Car Jamboree and a number of other drivers, as part of a larger move to phase out old-style colortables.

- 0.57: InsideOutBoy added Car Jamboree (Omori Electric 1983). Known issues: Sound CPU speed chosen from coin error countdown, 1.536 MHz is too fast as it loses synchronisation with the onscreen timer. Some sprite glitches from sprite number/colour changes happening on different frames, possibly original behaviour. eg cars changing colour just before exploding, animals displaying as the wrong sprite for one frame when entering the arena. Colours are wrong, sprites and characters only using one of the proms. Background colour calculation is a guess.

- 6th September 2001: David Haywood converted the Car Jamboree driver for tilemaps.

- 5th September 2001: InsideOutBoy submitted a driver for Car Jamboree.
