WIP:

- 0.105u1: Changed description to 'Command War - Super Special Battle & War Game (Ver 0.0J) (Prototype)'.

- 0.87: Bryan McPhail improved the Taito F3 driver. Command War is playable now, except for the fact a layer doesn't seem to disappear when in the fighting sequence, and it's offset by 8 pixels in the movement sequence. Changed description to 'Command War - Super Special Battle & War Game (Prototype)' and visible area to 320x224.
