MAME Info:

0.96u2 [David Haywood]

TEST MODE:

- Hold 1P Start on startup to enter test mode.

WIP:

- 0.106u3: Added dipswitches 'Damage From Machine Gun', 'Damage From Beam Cannon' and 'Damage From Missle'. Changed 'Unknown' dipswitches to 'Unused'.

- 0.97u5: Luca Elia fixed rom loading and dipswitches in Mobil Suit Gundam Final Shooting - Game now playable. Changed description to 'Mobil Suit Gundam Final Shooting (Japan)'. Fixed gfx1/2/3 and sound1 rom loading. Replaced 8-way Joystick with Light gun and 3x buttons. Added dipswitches 'Controls', 'Light Gun Calibration', 'Stage Select', 'Coinage', 'Save Scores', 'Invert X Axis', 'Language', 'Unknown 1-7' and '"Unknown 2-1/2/5/6/7'.

- 2nd July 2005: Luca Elia - I sent a fix for the V60 CPU that stopped Eagle Shot Golf from crashing later in game, and got Mobil Suit Gundam Final Shooting (1995) to boot. The latter is a light gun game, that uses two unemulated chips (ST-0009 & ST-0020) in addition to the standard SSV hardware, to generate a tilemap and zooming sprites. Zoom is a feature SSV lacks, but this game definetely needs it! Getting these to work was not difficult, but the tiles for the zooming sprites were all messed up. After some head scratching I found out that this game also decodes tiles from ram. But not written by the cpu, but by a DMA device that copies the needed tiles in place.

- 0.96u2: David Haywood added 'Mobile Suit Gundam Final Shooting' (Banpresto 1995).

- 18th February 2005: Guru - Gundam Final Shooting arrived from Japan.
