- TIPS AND TRICKS -

* All-Stars Team : On the title screen press and hold the start button, wait 8 seconds exactly and release. Do this 3 times and you'll hear a bip-like noise. Insert the coin and go to the team selection screen; put the cursor over Argentina and press and hold start, now choose Argentina. But instead of choosing Argentina you'll get the All-Stars Team.

MAME Info:

0.35b7 [Ernesto Corvi]

Bugs:

- PS4 STOP ERROR shortly after boot. Source (ID 02346)

- kicknrun: 4 players mode is not emulated. Source (ID 02345)

- Original PCB running a couple of short games and attract mode through an RGB board and into my PC. Smitdogg (ID 04154)

WIP:

- 0.142u6: Changed description of clone 'Mexico 86' to 'Mexico 86 (bootleg of Kick and Run)'.

- 25th December 2010: Smitdogg - We got a Kick & Run for decapping.

- 0.136u4: Fabio Priuli added driver_data struct and save states to the Mexico 86 driver.

- 0.133u1: Renamed (kicknruu) to (kicknrunu).

- 0.131u3: Angelo Salese fixed some dipswitches quirks in the Mexico 86 driver and enabled the single board 4 players mode in Kick and Run/Mexico 86.

- 0.131u2: Angelo Salese improved the single board 4p mode in Kick and Run / Mexico 86. It basically works but 2p mode is broken so I still keep it as disabled by default.

- 0.131u1: Angelo Salese merged memory maps in Mexico86 driver, also added a basic hook-up for the 4p communication CPU, disabled by default.

- 13th May 2009: Angelo Salese - By request, I've spent five minutes in looking at Kick N Run / Mexico '86 communications for 4p mode. Actually got something... But the major problem is that this fix breaks the normal 2p mode. I wonder if I'll find a solution for it...

- 0.130u2: Aladar fixed the sprite collision code of the MCU simulation in 'machine\mexico86.c'.

- 0.122u6: Changed M68705 CPU3 clock speed to 4MHz.

- 0.121u1: Brian Troha fixed reversed clock speeds in Kick and Run/Mexico 86. Changed Z80 CPU2 clock speed to 6MHz and Z80 CPU4 to 4MHz.

- 0.120u4: Brian Troha added clone Kick and Run (US). Changed Z80 CPU2 clock speed to 4MHz and fixed rom names.

- 0.120u4: Changed description to 'Kick and Run (World)'.

- 0.115: Aaron Giles updated 68705 clocks to take into account the internal divide by 4. Added constant so that it is clear why this is being done. Changed M68705 CPU4 clock speed to 1MHz.

- 0.92: Added Z80 (6MHz) CPU4. Added dipswitches 'System Selection', 'Difficulty', 'Playing Time' and 'Number of Matches'.

- 0.90u3: Added cpu4 rom ($0 - For 4 player mode? (set with dipswitch) unused).

- 0.37b3: Added 'Timer' dipswitch.

- 0.36b9: Nicola Salmoria and Ernesto Corvi added 'Kick and Run' (Taito 1986) and clone Mexico 86 (bootleg).

- 1st November 1999: Nicola Salmoria and Ernesto Corvi have fixed Mexico 86 and Kick & Run.

- 0.35b7: Ernesto Corvi added Mexico '86 (Testdriver) and clone Kick & Run (Testdriver).
