Corrected sfrushrk audio CRCs and hooked up hard disk. Added more extensive documentation on the various boardsets. Added constants for the GT64010 and all interrupts. Added ethernet device interrupt support. Made the IDE controller visible on the PCI bus. Formalized support for the "widget" board used in Vapor TRX & California Speed. Hooked up CMOS protection bit. Marked San Francisco Rush and Vapor TRX as working. Added new user3 roms and harddisk. Added 'Calibrate at startup' dipswitch.
