Like a ghost emerging from nothing, the evil General Zorglub, who was believed to have disappeared forever, is making headlines with a new terrorist act: the kidnapping of the President's daughter.
Zorglub demands all members of the P.E.T. (Protection Establishment vs Terrorism), and more specifically Johnny Proot, be delivered to him in exchange for the young, beautiful and innocent victim. The ultimatum specifies that the unfortunate woman, entrusted to a sect of fanatics, sitting in a fortress, can be sacrificed at any time.
