On Cue is a game that lets you play a game of 8-ball billiards or snooker against a friend or the computer, with different skill levels. The game is viewed from above, with the entire table displayed on screen. The rules of both games are closely followed, and the winner in snooker is the player who scores the most points, while in billiards it's the first person to pocket their balls and the black ball.
To pocket the ball in both games, you first position a cross where you want the white ball to go, then press the 'fire' button to adjust the effect. By pressing the fire button again, a power bar appears and, using the left or right, you can adjust the force with which you want to hit the white ball. Once you're happy with your power, you press the button again and the shot is fired.
