| Teatro Europa places you in a grim Cold War scenario simulating the outbreak of a major European war. You take command of either NATO or the Warsaw Pact, directing both air and ground forces. Chemical and nuclear strikes are also at your disposal – unless you disable them. As Warsaw Pact commander, your mission is to break NATO's lines and occupy West Germany, while as NATO commander you must stop the invasion and hold the border. Gameplay is turn-based and demands careful strategy, though some battles can be played out in optional action sequences. The computer opponent can act either rationally or unpredictably. |
