TimeZone: The Challenge Remains puts you in command of a ship in a fast-paced horizontal shooter where the Terrilon aliens are threatening Earth. The screen scrolls constantly, and one hit from an alien costs a life – you get five in total. Survive the level, and the next begins immediately. Two players can alternate turns, switching whenever a life is lost. Before starting, you can choose between fixed or randomized enemy patterns – either way, the challenge remains.
