Lords of Time is an action role-playing game for Amiga systems
You are Major Thom, a test pilot in the First Experimental Wing of the United Air Force. While testing the multidimensional friction propulsion generator, a flux anomaly appeared before the player, warping them to an alternate planet. As the plane careened out of control, the player ejected safely, but lost consciousness in the descent. Awakening beside a small campfire, the player is advised to seek out the human King Tanor.
An action role-playing game, the player must navigate the world to eventually find the secrets to returning to their own land. Combat is in real-time, and the player must regularly eat and sleep in the evening in order to maintain good health. The player can purchase equipment and skill upgrades during their adventures, and can converse with the various inhabitants of the land. The player must ultimately seek out the archmage Tessak, and receive help from the Druids and Dwarves. Finally, the player must defeat the evil archmage Kruel with Tessak's help, and escape the land. |
