| Twylyte is an arcade 3D shoot-'em-up in the style of Space Harrier and Backlash. The player continuously races towards the horizon at tremendous speed. There are indestructible barriers that the invisible ship must avoid, as well as enemies that shoot and fire missiles. The ship can be moved not only left and right, but also up and down, which gives more evasive options but makes aiming at enemies more difficult. The main goal is to obtain energy. When you are hit, you lose energy, and when your energy is too low, you can no longer shoot. Energy can be regenerated by green blocks and special sections. A radar shows upcoming objects. The graphics are made of polygons, optionally you can switch to wireframe graphics. |
