A variant of Lunar Rescue where your task is to rescue several astronauts stranded on the moon's surface. This is done by ejecting your LEM (Lunar Excursion Module) from the mothership, navigating an asteroid field, and landing on one of the designated areas on the moon's surface. If done properly, one of the astronauts will then enter the LEM, and you must then take off, get through the asteroid field again (you can shoot the asteroids to make it easy), and dock with the mothership in order for the rescue to be successful. Only one astronaut can be on board, so return trips will be necessary. If you miss a designated area, hit an asteroid, or fail to dock with the mothership, you lose one of your three LEMs. The game ends when you run out of these.
