Three sisters from the Saijo family (Michie, Saki and Erika) live together in a quiet house. Their parents have died but left them a very large fortune, which has aroused the jealousy of those around them. On Michie's twentieth birthday, their greedy and corrupt uncle, who has recently lost a large sum of money through failed business dealings, sends his henchmen to extort the young women's rightful fortune.
Reijo Monogatari features very little interaction, reduced to occasional scenes where the player has three choices to make. Most of these choices lead to dead ends, while others open up new choices and trigger the next scene. There are no plot twists, but the player can choose to go through the story from either sister's point of view. |
