Time Traveler or Hologram Time Traveler is a stereoscopic 'Full Motion Video' arcade game released in 1991 by Sega and designed by Dragon's Lair creator Rick Dyer. It is the 'first holographic video game in the world' because it uses a special arcade terminal that projects the characters in the game. The 'holographic' effect is an optical illusion using a large curved mirror and a CRT television.
The player controls Marshal Gram trying to save Princess Kyi-La from the Galactic Federation led by the evil Vulcor. He has found a way to manipulate and distort time.
Like Dragon's Lair, the player must make choices that can change the events of the game.
