One day, a programmer named Dave Roberts decided to write a book PC Game Programming Explorer, and in order for people to imagine what can be achieved by reading his book, he created a vertical scroller Alien Alley . Since this is just an example game, you should not expect much from it. A small fighter flies through space and destroys the enemy ships flying at him, and these ships are just one type. In addition, the game has no plot, no mission split, no ending. You just fly until they kill you.

It is a pity that the author did not decide to bring his project to a full-fledged game - after all, the graphics and music in it are quite at the same level.
