Geoffroi Le Brun arrives in the middle of the night in Rouen, France, in the 16th century, to take up his post at the Musketeers' headquarters. Just as he arrives, the unfortunate Comte d'Itee, Guillaume de Peuple, is attacked by bandits and his precious will is stolen. Just before he dies, Geoffroi offers to help him recover his will.
Of course, finding it will not be easy, and he will have to travel back and forth across France to complete his quest, visiting the towns of Amiens, St Quentin, Le Mans, Paris and Le Havre. However, he is helped by a servant called Henri, who will no doubt be of great assistance. With a bit of luck, he'll track down the murderer or murderers and find the will. And who knows, maybe he'll meet a beautiful lady or find a fortune along the way. |
