Scentipede is a Centipede clone for the MSX.
A long centipede-like insect being gradually moves down from the top of the screen, its route affected by randomly placed trees / mushrooms. The player must shoot all segments of the creature before they reach the bottom of the screen.
When the creature is shot in the middle it breaks into two independently moving pieces that makes the game more complex.
In addition to the creature the player must avoid spiders that randomly track across the screen.
