Whistle! is a game based on the manga and anime of the same name. The game takes place during the 37th Tokyo School Football Championship, where the player takes on the role of Shou Kazamatsuri, a talented young football player.
The gameplay focuses on football matches where the player controls Shou's team. The player can pass, shoot, dribble and tackle to score goals and win matches. Between matches, players can improve their team's skills, recruit new players and manage their team's tactics.
