Peperon Mura no Shiki aka Valmaison au fil des saisons is a miscellaneous game, published by NHK, released in Japan in 1995.
The game is made of animated images with naive and precise graphics designed by the Japanese cartoonist Mitsumasa Anno, a former school teacher. Valmaison is a small ideal village, somewhere in Europe, which can be explored in various ways: the labyrinth that appears on the initial screen offers four paths. The child can observe the village at a specific season, go inside the buildings, shape his own village from a base of drawings or put into action the rhythm of the seasons and the events that mark the calendar of Valmaison: festivals, games, sowing, storms, etc.
