| Nemurenu Yoru no Chisana Ohanashi ("Little Stories for Sleepless Nights") is a cartoon-like adventure game designed for children and based on an original video animation by Yuko Hara. The protagonist is a cat named Neko-kun (which translates simply to "Cat"), who lives on a beautiful island together with his animal and human friends. The opening episode describes his encounter with a little star that fell on the Earth and injured itself. Afterwards, the player can explore the island by selecting locations on the map. Much of the story is advanced automatically, and the interaction is mostly restricted to choosing a location to visit, clicking on objects to trigger scenes, or selecting a "yes" or "no" response to a situation. |
