| Gynoug is a horror-themed horizontal shoot'em up where you play as Wor, a winged “Flying Man” fighting to save his home planet Iccus from grotesque mutants created by a deadly virus. The game features six levels with mid-bosses and end-bosses, and no checkpoints—deaths respawn you immediately if you have lives left. Wor can use three types of shots that can be upgraded in power and bullet count, and feathers act as speed boosts similar to Gradius. |
