Outworld 2375 A.D. is a racing game that was in development for the Sega Mega Drive in 1993. The game was designed to be used with the Heartbeat Catalyst device, a body-worn fitness sensor that connected to the console. This device monitored the player's heart rate and responded based on whether the heart rate was within a target threshold. The game was never completed or officially released, but there appears to have been a limited production run, and some copies are in collectors' hands. Recently, the Video Game History Foundation acquired a copy of the game.
