200 years have passed since Earth Central ended a war that began when humans made first contact with aliens. The balance of power, however, is threatened by the militaristic nation VOID, which is attempting to expel all aliens from civilised society, and by the remnants of the Earth Federation. VOID plans to wage war and take over the galaxy, but a small battalion on Jupiter's satellite Ganymede is trained to resist VOID.
