| In Suikoden: Tenmei no Chikai, you play as an exiled ruler in 12th-century China tasked with reclaiming the throne for Emperor Hui Zhong after a rebellion led by Gao Qiu dethroned him. Your goal is to overthrow Gao Qiu and restore the Song Dynasty. Starting with minimal resources, you must rise through the conquest of small prefectures, forging alliances, and winning minor battles. Only after building sufficient strength can you challenge Gao Qiu and put an end to his reign. |
