The elemental world and the human world, which in ancient times were one, are two spaces in which the Arcana and the Humans live respectively. The Ministry of Elemental Affairs ensures that these two worlds never meet, in order to preserve humanity.
However, a dimensional rift begins to form over Tokyo. All of humanity's hopes now rest on the Maidens, young girls who can communicate with the Arcana.
The combat system consists of 4 buttons: weak move, medium move, strong move and special attack. Battles take place in two rounds, where the opponent's life gauge must be emptied. Various combos can be performed using the buttons and directional controls.
Each player has a "SUPER" bar divided into 9 levels. It fills up as you hit. It allows to trigger special moves called "Arcana Force" and "Super Attacks".
Several game modes are available:
Arcade mode, where you have to defeat opponents while following the narrative;
Versus mode, which allows you to play against another player;
Training mode, which allows you to practice;
Gallery mode, where you can access illustrations and animations. |
