This PlayStation release is based on the 1969 British feature film of the same title. The game's plot progression is driven by an attempt to steal a great amount of gold bullion from under the noses of the police and mafia during a traffic jam distraction.
As in the movie, this third-person mission-based driving game challenges its heroes to weave through busy city streets, as well as down sewers and even over rooftops in efforts to confuse and elude authorities.
The game features the movie's showpiece Mini-coopers as well as 13 other vehicles. The adventure takes place through London, Turin, and the Swiss Alps. |
