Autumn is well underway, and winter is just around the corner. At the private Kanzawa Academy, the students are already running wild in preparation for the school festival, which is three weeks away. Some people have already started sleeping there, some are planning to remodel the school building, and some are planning to open a gambling den. While trying to hold back their rampage (and kick them away), and to make the class performances and even the student council performances a success, the members of the Kamizawa Academy student council were exhausted. At that time, a man wearing a strange prosthetic arm appears from the bronze mirror in the Yatagarasu mansion. His name is Alfred Arrowsmith. He has come to this other world to accomplish a goal given to him by a certain spirit.
