Schnappi, das kleine Krokodil (Schnappi, the little crocodile) is a German children's cartoon. Schnappi was a character in a popular animated German children's TV show called Die Sendung mit der Maus (The Show With The Mouse). The introductory song reached #1 on the German charts in January 2005.
In 2005, Phenomedia released a Schnappi video game for Sony's PlayStation games console. The game was only released in Germany, and might possibly be one of Europe's last PlayStation 1 games.
The game is actually 3 games in 1:
* Schnappi Schnapp! : A fly eating game. The player controls the little crocodile and has to catch food insects. But you have to be careful not to catch the stingy ones!
* Schnappi Denk! : A memory game. In Schnappi Think! you have to remember and copy Schnappi's moves in the correct order.
* Schnappi Tanz! : A dancing game. The third game, Schnappi Dance!, comes in two difficulty modes. Dance moves are indicated in the right part of the screen and the player has to make Schnappi do the correct moves according to the input on screen. |
