MAME Info:

0.116u3 [Tirino73, David Haywood]

Bugs:

- Bugs that hang game and a minor graphical bug. asper (ID 03239)

WIP:

- 0.139u3: Renamed (aladbl) to (aladmdb).

- 0.138u1: Angelo Salese fixed crashes when you fall into pitfalls and documented an energy bar debug switch in Aladdin, disabled by default.

- 0.135u4: Replaced SN76496 sound with SMSIII PSG.

- 0.132: Fabio Priuli fixed unable to "Press Start" in Aladdin.

- 0.128u1: Changed 68000 CPU1 clock speed to 7670453Hz, Z80 CPU2 to 3579545 Hz, YM2612 to 7670453 Hz and SN76496 to 3579545 Hz.

- 0.118u3: Stephane Humbert improved the MCU simulation for Aladdin (bootleg) so now the game handles coins correctly. Fixed the inputs to match an arcade cabinet and added dipswitches according to the game M68000 code. Added dipswitches 'Coinage', 'Difficulty' and 2x 'Unused'.

- 0.116u3: David Haywood added Aladdin (bootleg of Japanese Megadrive version) (bootleg / Sega 1993). It probably works, start is shift (start on Megadrive pad), but the credit system isn't emulated properly yet, it's probably what the MCU on the board is for.

- 24th June 2007: Tirino73 dumped Aladdin (bootleg of Japanese Megadrive version). This romset comes from a bootleg PCB.The game is a coin-op conversion of the one developed for the Nintendo Super Famicom/Nes console.I cannot know gameplay differences since PCB is faulty. However, hardware is totally different. It seems to be based on Sega Mega Drive hardware with cpu clock increased, and since exists an "unlicensed" porting of the game for this system probably the "producers" are the same.
