History:

Soldier Girl Amazon (c) 1986 Nichibutsu.


Become the Mighty Fighting Amazon and you will search jungles and deserts on the most dangerous island on earth. Your mission is to recapture the men. You desperately need to save the only race of giant womankind from extinction.


You will journey and must conquer 8 forbidden territories of death infested by hungry cannibals and defended by armies of bizarre creatures, each lead by a giant hideous monster whom you must defeat to continue your quest.


Beware, there are many unknown dangers. Remember, you must steal the air mobile cycle and become invincible to succeed against the giant evil that awaits you. Failure would mean the end of the Mighty Amazon forever!

- 0.123u2: Changed region user1 to user2 and proms to user1. Changed palettesize to 4368 colors.

- 0.62: Phil Stroffolino added 'Soldier Girl Amazon' (Nichibutsu 1986) and clone 'Sei Senshi Amatelass'.

- 9th October 2002: Phil Stroffolino merged the Amazon driver with Terra Cresta, adding sound emulation, and the protection in Amazon / Amatelas was fixed.

- 8th October 2002: Phil Stroffolino sent in a driver for Amazon / Amatelas and Kid no Hore Hore Daisakusen, however colors are imperfect, sound is not emulated and the games aren't playable.

- 29th May 2001: Phil Stroffolino wrote a preliminary driver for Amazon, but it isn't playable because of protection. David Haywood added Amatelass to the Amazon driver, but it doesn't work any better.

- 15th May 2001: Guru - Purchased Amatelass from a PCB shop in Japan with the help of Team Japump in February.

- 18th February 2001: Chackn from Team Japump dumped Sei Senshi Amatelass.
