WIP:

- 0.135u1: Angelo Salese and David Haywood fixed Soccer Superstars - Game now playable. Angelo Salese fixed RGB555 palette RAM format in Soccer Superstars. David Haywood and Angelo Salese added many improvements to Konami GX rendering, specifically improving Soccer Superstars and Rushing Heroes. David Haywood added dual screen output. Changed visible area to 2x 576x224. Fixed gfx2 rom loading.

- 9th November 2009: David Haywood - I've decided to take a look at Soccer Superstars from Konami. It's a 'type3' GX game, which has an extra ROZ layer, trying to hook anything up into the driver is a bit of a nightmare tho. For now I've removed the existing (incorrect) ROZ handling, and added my own. These shots show the ROZ. The game has quite an odd look to it, with the pitch rotating and the crowd always appearing camera facing in a 'billboarded' way, that's how it's meant to be tho! I don't know if the game is protected or not, if it is then sprites may prove to be a problem in addition to getting the GX driver to behave and mix this in properly without exploding. Update: I've worked with Kale on making some more improvements to Soccer Superstars, which render it pretty much playable. There are some remaining issues such as Roz layer source clipping not being implemented, and some overly aggressive clipping on the main tilemaps which is causing the right hand side of the screen to be cut off. Mainly because this runs at a resolution of 576 x 224 and there is a bunch of code in KonamiGX which assumes the maximum resolution will be no more than 384 otherwise buffer overflow, and all hell happens. It's also meant to support dual screen output, but Konami's output multiplexer isn't really understood, so for now it's a single screen game. Run & Gun suffers from the same issue.

- 9th November 2009: Angelo Salese - I've joined Haze to get stuff working with Soccer Superstars by Konami. I've taken care of the sprites, starting to assume that were protected but luckily they aren't, it was just an incorrectly setted flag that controls display between two screens / tells the video HW about what frame field we're currently on. I've also fixed the bitplane order of them, meaning that's currently somewhat 'playable' without ROZ layer and giant layer offset issues.

- 0.133u1: f205v added clone Soccer Superstars (ver JAC), not working. Renamed (soccersj) to (soccerssja) and (soccersa) to (soccerssa).

- 0.126u4: Robiza fixed the romtest report two bad roms in Soccer Superstars.

- 0.99u8: Corrado Tomaselli added Soccer Superstars (ver EAA). Renamed (soccerss) to (soccersj).

- 8th September 2005: Corrado Tomaselli dumped Soccer Superstars (ver EAA).

- 0.98u1: Changed description to 'Soccer Superstars (ver JAA)' and clone '(Asia ver AAA)' to '(ver AAA)'.

- 0.97u5: Changed description to 'Soccer Superstars (Japan ver JAA)' and clone '(ver AAA)' to '(Asia ver AAA)'.

- 0.79: Added clone Soccer Superstars (ver AAA).

- 19th January 2004: R. Belmont - Added new Asian version dumps for Soccer Superstars and Dragoon Might (both System GX).

- 0.74u2: Added Soccer Superstars (ver JAA) (Konami 1994).

- 0.67: Added Soccer Superstars (Ver JAA) (Testdriver).
