| Mr. Schemy is about to die. His code name is SX-69 and in his mind are the military secrets of a new power that will keep the peace of the world. Before he could inform the WHGS (World High General Staff) of these plans, he was attacked by the enemy with a deadly weapon that caused a serious tumor in his kidney that will cause him to die irretrievably. Allied scientists have created a way to reduce a small submarine to the size of a molecule. This submarine has a laser beam that will destroy the tumor and save Mr. Schemy.
