The Citizen Defense Force doesn't trust the United Nations to keep the peace in a troubled 21st-century world. It confiscates a horde of planes and warships, and as a UN loyalist, your mission is to shoot them down.

The game is divided into 8 stages, further divided into sub-stages on land and at sea, each with a strict time limit and a target number of planes to shoot down. You are armed with 10 missiles in addition to standard weapons. The plane can sustain a few hits, so keep an eye on the damage report as it turns from red to black.

If you fail to complete a section within the allotted time, you can retry it but the number of previously shot down planes is not reset, making the second attempt easier. As you destroy enemies, you gain access to better planes and the rank indicated at the end of the game improves.
