The Citizens Defence Force doesn't trust the United Nations to keep the peace in the troubled world of the 21st century. It's confiscating a horde of planes and warships and, as a UN loyalist, it's your job to shoot them down.
The game is divided into several stages, themselves divided into sub-stages on land and sea, each with a strict time limit and a target number of aircraft to shoot down. You have missiles and standard weapons at your disposal. The plane can survive a few hits.
If you fail to complete a section in the allotted time, you will lose a life, but the number of planes shot down previously is not reset, making the second attempt easier. As you destroy more enemies, you gain access to better planes.
