The idea of Quiz Challenge is to get the highest score possible by correctly answering 5 questions on general knowledge, pop music, sports and sports.
There are 4000 questions in all. You start with a balance of $10. Each game will cost you $1 or 25 cents (as with the machines). You will be awarded a certain number of credits. Once used up, you must add more. Select your subject from a drop-down menu.
Click Play and a question on the chosen subject appears. After pausing long enough to read the question, 3 answers appear, only one of which is correct. A timer begins. The faster you click on the correct answer, the more points you accumulate. Earn 1000 points and you'll earn $1, 1500 points for $1.50 and so on. Slow and steady may be a better tactic though: Answer 2 questions incorrectly and the game is over.
The game also includes a simple feature for creating your own question sets and storing them on the master disk. |
