Bohnespiel is a digital adaptation of the African board game also known as Kalaha. Two players – or one against the computer – face each other virtually. At the start, 36 beans are evenly distributed among the pits. On each turn, a player takes the contents of one pit and distributes the beans one by one into the following pits. If the last bean lands in the player's store, they may continue their turn. The goal is to collect more beans in your store than your opponent. When no moves remain, the remaining beans go to the opponent, and the player with the most beans wins. The game can be controlled via keyboard or joystick.
