"Boom" is a challenging side-scrolling shooter. The game is inspired by Amiga classics and, with its fluid gameplay and sophisticated graphics, actually exudes a strong Amiga charm that makes it stand out among the C64 titles. The developers set out to make the game even more difficult than the popular Katakis - and the first levels are already designed to challenge players with demanding waves of enemies and complex level designs. The gameplay of "Boom" rewards patience and skill: while the early levels put players to the test, progress in the later levels brings gripping new challenges and playful rewards that make the difficulty level worthwhile. The meticulously designed enemy formations and the ever-increasing complexity offer side-scrolling shooter fans an exciting and intense experience.
