By Fair Means or Foul is a fighting game where players compete against each other in 15 rounds. The game allows illegal moves such as kicks and strikes to the groin, but these can only be executed when the referee isn't looking. A knockout only ends the current round, so players can proceed to the next round after a knockout, as long as they don't perform any illegal actions.
