| "Codename MAT II" is a space simulation game where the player once again takes on the role of Mat, this time as the pilot of the Centurion II. The mission is to defend the planet Vesta and its precious Karillium mines from the hostile Myons. The player navigates space from a first-person perspective, uses a quadrant chart for orientation, and repairs damaged satellites with onboard droids. The Myons attack the planet's energy grid, and it's up to the player to fend off waves of enemy ships using lasers or plasma weapons. The ship is equipped with shields, scanners, and a targeting system that must be strategically utilized to secure the defense. The game ends if the planet's energy supply is fully disrupted. |
