Deathscape is a space "rail" shooter with an FPS perspective. "Deathscape" is the name of special arena, where gladiators of the Sol Federation and the Varg Empire fight to use battle as a political solution. However, the Empire breaks the rules and sends hundreds warriors. The player is chosen to stop them. Gameplay is simple, the player automatically flies a long tunnel and controls cross-hair to aim at incoming enemies. Later, the player must fight against giant vessels and the Varg mother-ship. The player's fighter has a two independent tanks of fuel. If in danger the ship can be teleported outside the arena.
The game uses a vector display and a 3D view.
