The game is loosely based on the 1983 Choose Your Own Adventure book Escape from Dorado and features three mini-games. The story follows a secret agent who finds themselves in 2035 in the totalitarian state of Dorado, a remnant of the former US Southwest. The goal is to escape the regime and return to the democratic Turtalia. In the game, you navigate a 3D labyrinth representing the city streets after escaping prison, accompanied by three allies: Matt, resistance leader Zoey, and codebreaker Fred—one of whom is a traitor. Instead of deep hyperfiction, the game focuses more on primitive driving and flight simulators.
