In its simplicity, Fairy Well is an attractive and playable game that won the 'RGCD C64 16KB Cartridge Game Development Competition' in 2011 (among other competitors C64anabalt and Space Lords - "Andromeda"). From the creator of Knight'n'Grail. The "Royal family" of the fairies has been imprisoned and the kingdom is in disgrace, it will be up to us, knight, queen or king (each with their own characteristics), to sift labyrinthine paintings in search of the diamonds that unlock the exit, dodging first the pitfalls, then facing the bosses and thus freeing each member. The gameplay is perfectly calibrated, the pleasant and functional aesthetics and the game taken care of to the point that it is neither excessively linear nor complex to complete. The action becomes a little more complicated by continuing the journey and the pleasure of searching every ravine, escaping the impression of repetition of the concept
