| Fuoco! is a classic Invaders-style clone on the Commodore 64, where an alien craft moves across the screen dropping bombs on your base. If a bomb hits you or the craft reaches your level, you lose a life. You control your base with the “J” and “K” keys to move left and right, while “F” fires your missiles. To destroy the alien ship, you must hit it dead center – shots to the hull only score points but won't take it down. Each destroyed ship is replaced by a faster one, and advancing to the next stage adds a new moon in the sky to mark your level. You can choose between a mountain backdrop or the blackness of space, and a countdown at the start adds extra excitement. |
