| Inspector Gadget captures the Melbourne House style with a chunky but well-animated character and humorous graphics. Gadgets are faithful to the cartoon, and gameplay resembles Metro Cross: dodging obstacles and using skates, helicopter, or spring legs. A strong intro sequence with the theme tune stands out, but the build is unstable and crashes often. Originally planned as Circus of Fear, the game was canceled due to a bug later found to be a missing “clear interrupt” instruction. A rushed and weaker version was released instead, leaving this promising one to survive only through a leak. |
