International ice hockey is a simple ice hockey game in which the player participates in a league. The goal is to reach the top of the league, which is achieved by winning against other teams. When their own team has possession of the puck, the player can initiate a shot by holding down the fire button - the longer it is held, the more power goes into the shot. On defense, the player can choose between two control methods: either manually switched by the athletes or the game automatically switches to the control closest to the puck.Other options include strategy (positioning of the athlete), three difficulty levels, time per game period (two, five, or twenty minutes), and whether to repeat the game's highlights after each third. Offside and icing are ignored.
