Italian Night 1999 was planned as a dark action-adventure tribute to Blade Runner – a crime case set in futuristic Milan where a cyborg investigator named R. Duomo was to uncover the truth behind an accident. The story promised cyberpunks, interactive women, and a race against time. But the game was never released. Only a preview with a few images exists, and according to the developer, the project was dropped due to lack of time and interest. The C64 version remained a myth – only a short promotional blurb and a few visuals hint at what could have been.
