| Journey to the Centre of Eddie Smith's Head is a traditional text adventure made using the Quill adventure generation software from Gilsoft. You tell the game what you want to do via a textual interface and the parser is based on verb / noun input. Scientific genius Eddie Smith is working on a new and improved atomic bomb for the British government when he hits his head on a nuclear reactor in the laboratory. Able to remember his mission, in his post-concussion state he thinks he should use the weapon on his own country. The player is in the shoes of one of Eddies colleagues, and the task is to search the research complex and the near lying city and eventually hunt down the irrational genius and thwart his plan. |
