You play the role of a flying cauldron as you attempt to escape from 30 levels in an underground system that is viewed from the side and that scrolls as you move. Each level has an exit, but it can only be opened if you find a can opener hidden in a gut. There are various guts scattered throughout a level, but only one leaves behind a can opener when destroyed, while the other guts leave behind an alien, a bonus, or a jar to replenish energy. However, each intestine releases bubbles and when touched your energy is reduced, which is also lost if you are touched by a discovered alien. If you run out of energy, it's game over.
